Projects · 44 hectares in the Cuatro Ciénegas ejido
A working ranch for regenerative agriculture: healthy food, living soils, and an open-air school for the region.
It's a way of producing food that leaves the land better than it found it: more fertile soil, more water soaking in, more biodiversity. At our 44-hectare center in the Cuatro Ciénegas ejido, we prove it in practice — producing, teaching, and measuring the results.
Hens that live and move on grass (silvopasture).
Milk from pasture-raised goats, turned into value-added products.
Corn, beans, squash, pomegranate, grapes, and figs, grown agroecologically.
Harvesting the pods of a traditional desert food.
Compost, vermicompost, and biofertilizers that bring the land back to life.
Native trees to restore the landscape.
The center works as a demonstration ranch for the region: courses and workshops on organic farming and water conservation, internships and volunteering, and school visits.
We work with local schools and universities:
Ranch tours, workshops, and harvest experiences (in development — dates and offerings to be confirmed). Every visit directly supports the region's transition to agroecology.

Land doesn't wear out when it's cared for. It multiplies.
Come taste it — literally.
